Being new parents we had a number of questions which were answered quickly by the visiting midwives, they even came out to see us following additional questions.

Midwives explained everything I needed or wanted to know perfectly. Always made sure I was alright and if I needed anything they were always there. Always made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
Always spoke to me with respect. Amy was amazing.

Without exception the staff at Shotley Bridge and the entire co Durham and Darlington Trust have been exceptional. From our initial appointments and scans to post-natal check ups and aftercare for my wife, I have been highly impressed. I'd like to make particular mention of Jane Clennell - her support, guidance and professionalism have made this whole journey a real pleasure for all three of us.
